Hi everyone! I’m back with another recipe video & this time it’s my home-made chicken soup recipe! It’s so hearty, healthy and filled with all the yummy goodness, I guarantee you & your family will enjoy it.
The full list of ingredients you’ll need to make this chicken soup:
Dry spices:
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2-3 star anise
- 2 cardamom pods
- A few black peppercorns
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp white pepper
Aromatics:
- Ginger (60 grams)
- Garlic (5 cloves)
- 2 red onions
- 2 tomatoes
Protein & vegetables:
- A bunch of spinach
- 1.5 litres water
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 chicken legs (skinless, bone-in)
Garnish:
- Spring onions
- Fresh coriander
- Fried onions (optional)
